OUR RETAINED SEARCH
For our retained search option, we require an upfront investment of 1/3 the expected cost with two remaining payments of 1/3 charged at approximately four week intervals.
This investment allows us to deliver on the three most recurring critical needs of our customers:

We are able to deliver a higher level of candidate by establishing more refined screening parameters and sourcing talent at the deepest levels.
Our retained consultants take on a limited number of assignments, allowing for greater concentration and accelerated results.
